Warranty period is one year, if not otherwise stated in product description.
All orders are delivered via Postal Service, DHL EXPRESS or GLS/General Parcel and will be charged accordingly within the European continent. IF General Parcel is selected as forwarder, and for some reason they cannot deliver to your address, Postal Service is used.

Cancellation of orders are only accepted at the point in time where your orders have not been shipped. You can view the status of your order and cancellations can be done from your account. Or you can call us for RMA, Return Authorization Number, at +358 2 637 9000 or email .
Please note, many of our products are special computers, which are made by order. These orders cannot be cancelled.

While we make every attempt to fill all orders placed, an order may be delayed or back-ordered. If a delay or back-order occurs you will receive notification via email.

In the case of an item(s) being faulty please return it to us together with your delivery note. Write down the details of the fault on the back of the delivery note together with your signature.
When returning an item(s), contact us before sending the item(s) so we can issue you with a returns authorisation number. This must be included with the item(s) being returned.
Items may not be exchanged unless the item you received is faulty, or the wrong item is received. In the case of PC software, please check your PC specifications and ensure the software will run before ordering as this is not a reason for returns.
Make sure you package your returns securely to avoid damage as we are not liable for goods damaged in transit. We recommend using the original packaging you received from us. We also strongly recommend you use recorded delivery to send the item to us as this will guarantee it reaches us. We are not liable for good lost in transit when being returned to us.
All faulty items will be tested upon receipt. If a product is found not to be faulty then it will be returned to you, this will incur a further Postage and Handling fee. We therefore strongly recommend you test a faulty item on another system before you return it to us. Please note that all media is electronically tested by the manufacturer prior to being delivered. In the case of PC returns, please include your PC specifications.
